• AI-powered content randomization
• Subscriber list management
• Campaign analytics and tracking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must:

• Obtain proper consent before sending emails

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Subscription Fees

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Postigo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Postigo operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
